Engaging your abdominal wall doesn't automatically mean your spine is protected.
Habitually drawing your navel in could cause poor posture, low back pain, pelvic pain, or dysfunctional breathing.
Consistently squeezing your pelvic floor could produce chronic holding patterns, constipation, incontinence, or painful intercourse.
There will be six live sessions via Zoom to connect, ask questions, and, of course, practice together! Full yoga practices on Jan. 4th and Feb. 1st and 22nd at 5:15 PM EDT. Meditation sessions on Jan 11th, and 25th, and Feb. 8th at 7:15 PM EDT.
The classes are available to you from the beginning of the series, January 4th, until February 28th.
