The holidays bring their own brand of stress. There is a lot of movement with travels, holiday parties, shopping, etc. The torrent of holiday busy-ness can challenge our daily routine. All these activities increase the mobile and erratic subtle in our system, creating more ground for imbalances.

Ayurveda teaches us how to live life to our highest potential by showing us ways to adjust, adapt, and accommodate our lifestyle according to each circumstance.

So, this means that our focus on this Yoga series is on stress management under the lens of Ayurveda.

Every session, you will relax, rejuvenate, and recharge your batteries for the season with intelligent movement, deep relaxation, breathwork, and meditation while we offer you doable strategies to navigate the emotional and digestive stress the holiday brings.

You will learn sustainable practices to support you during the holiday season and beyond.

Let’s replace the woes of the holiday stress with a good dose of joy and peace!
